Ferrum welcome sign repairs completed
Visit Virginia's Blue Ridge awarded a $500 grant to Ferrum Forward to refurbish our village welcome signs. The refurbishment was completed by Mary Turner at Indigo Signs, with the vinyl post covers donated and installed by member Dwayne Robertson. The new planters made out of landscape block were donated and installed by Jennifer Boyd and family. Thank you to our Community Beautification Chair, Katrina Harrison, for all of her planning and work on this project! We can not thank them all enough for their fantastic contributions to our beautiful new signs!
Community Involvement
Ferrum Forward is a community-driven movement that offers exciting and impactful community service projects aimed at creating positive change in our village. These projects give back to our community, help develop relationships, and encourage the spirit of giving and helping. Beautification projects, blood drives, and providing support services to local businesses to encourage growth, are just a few of the many opportunities available to help our community flourish.
